Pandaroo Sweet Condensed Coconut Milk
Recommended by Jo Alexander I discovered this at Gungahlin Coles. And yes, it tastes totally divine. Not cheap at $5 a can but it’s ridiculously rich. Texture-wise, it’s quite thick and sticky like regular sweetened condensed milk and I suspect it’d set well if you put it in the fridge for things like caramel or lemon slice. Flavour-wise, it does have a pretty mild coconut flavour to it, but lemon/slightly-coconutty slice sounds pretty awesome to me… 🙂 Ingredients: Coconut Milk (Coconut Cream, Filtered Water), Cane Sugar, Guar Gum, Salt
