When: 10am-2pm, Sunday 28 October 2018
This is unique opportunity to visit the region’s oldest vegan sanctuary, as it is not usually open to the public.
In exchange for your help for the day, you get to meet the residents, learn some of their stories and the workings of a sanctuary, and most of all to give a little of your time to make a contribution for the animals, and the people who dedicate their lives to helping them. Vegan ACT also provides a BBQ lunch after which there is a full tour of the sanctuary.
Directions will be given when you RSVP, some lifts may be available, but please ask ahead.
There are quite a range of tasks to help with, so if you have any needs or limitations in this regard please get in touch and we will ensure a suitable task is allocated to you. 🙂
