Tuesday June 5th is World Environment Day. This is the United Nation’s principal vehicle for encouraging awareness and action for the protection of our environment. Each year the UN picks an issue to raise awareness of. This year they are encouraging people to “ditch plastic” in favour of more sustainable options.

While this is great that they are raising awareness for some issues, they have not once in their years of operation even eluded to the fact that animal agriculture is one of the most destructive practices to this planet and environment.

In an attempt to spread more information and encourage more people towards veganism, we have made up a flyer with some key facts of the enviornmental destructions of animal agriculture.
